Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Jake Martin, a journeyman player at best, will never be elected to baseball’s Hall of Fame, but his 1956 Topps PSA Gem Mint 10 masterpiece offered here has as worthy a chance of being enshrined into Cooperstown as any other existing cardboard jewel. Only two examples have been graded Gem Mint.
