The Packers top play of 1964 was, of course, a run. Would you expect anything less from a Lombardi driven offense? On a November afternoon against the Detroit Lions, Bart Starr took the snap at his own 16 yard line and made a quick pitch to fullback Jim Taylor. Taylor headed wide right as Paul Hornung smashed the outside linebacker allowing number 31 to rumble downfield 84 yards for a touchdown.
